HeliCek crew

Aerial photography activities are typically carried out by a pilot and a camera operator. Pilot is responsible for maintaining and setting up the helicopter before flight. Camera operator takes care of camera adjustments, helps the pilot for take off and is responsible for camera angles and succesful shots. He carries all his equipment in a special tray and has live view of the camera angle. He can move around freely and directs the pilot where to hover the flyingcam for proper shots. The welfare of an aerial photography operation depends on carefull preparation and finding safe places to fly. Our crew investigates the area for potentially dangerous zones and suitable operation areas. Normally aerial photo flying sessions do not last more than 10mins. This is how long the camera operator and the pilot can work with maximum concentration.
